Nowadays, we can notice that the parents buy more for their children. No matter how big or small the family is the income is far more than a single person thank to double earning. This partly explains why parents have more money to spend on their children. Similarly, the desire of parents related to the fact that they spend less time with their children because of their work may play a role in their purchasing decisions. This also explains the steady increase in the amounts of pocket money given to children.

Children are an important target segment for marketers because they have their own purchasing power, the more they influence the buying decisions of their parents, so we can say that they are the consumers of tomorrow.
