Can AT&T Benefit Most from Buying T-Mobile?

It is absolutely a very crucial question to ask when one company spend billions of dollar to buy other company on the same market but the question must be asked to make sure that the benefit and the expanse are equivalent.

The first thing you should do is a quick survey with direct customers. Directly going to the forum of T-Mobile will get you those convenience data to come up with good conclusion. It is the easiest way for the first draft and you can save time and money. Of course you can spend more money, time and people to make a competed survey later.

I have been on T-Mobile forum for a while and read different perceptions posted by different T-Mobile customers fearing their future when AT&T totally takes over T-Mobile. Seem like some people don’t want the way T-Mobile goes in such way.

I hate this. Every time I run away from AT&T they buy up who I ran to.
I really dislike AT&T. We can expect constant rate increases as they squeeze as much cash out of us as they think they can get away with.

I’m wondering what will happen to Pay-As-You-Go. AT&T hasn’t shown much love for the concept

Of course AT&T and T-Mobile users are in different market share. Most of T-Mobile user are interesting in cheaper plan while AT&T are focusing on the quality with more expensive plan.

This SUCKS I left AT&T because of their **bleep** customer service plans sucked and so on. I just signed a new two year agreement woth T-mo and I wonder if It will still stick after the merger? If not BYE BYE early term fee I’ll go to boost mobile or something with a sim and fully UNLOCK my mytouch 4g and use it on their service.

As Far as plans go…. Well they had better keep them, to be competetive with VW or Sprint because they’ll have a bad day with customer turnovers like no other, and with the data caps on att that’s a plore and a half because since they did that they, att, lost a TON of customers. So now they’ll have to keep unlimited data at the same price as, was, tmo.

All i have to REALLY say is, ATT YOU **bleep** WADS, YOU’D BETTER SACRIFICE FOR WHAT WE WANT AS LOYAL CUSTOMERS OF A FAR BETTER MOBILE SERVICE THAN YOU EVER WERE, BECAUSE YOU COULDN’T KEEP YOUR OWN CUSTOMERS AND HAD TO TAKE FROM EVERYONE ELSE.

Should have been Tmo to buy out AT&T not the other way around……… IDIOTS

There are many more bad reaction from T-Mobile customers while only a few supported found there. Wait that doesn’t mean AT&T fail with this improvement. We better wait for more process since it will take least 12 months for Department of Justice and the Federal Communications Commission to approve for the final decision. However seem like nothing can’t hold the acquisition of AT&T over T-Mobile.
